A: Good morning. Thanks for coming in today. Could you start by telling me a little about yourself?
B: Good morning, thank you for having me. I’ve been working in marketing for about five years, mostly focused on digital campaigns. I really enjoy analyzing data and finding ways to connect with customers.
A: That’s great. What would you say is your biggest strength?
B: I’d say my biggest strength is adaptability. I’ve worked across several industries, so I’m used to picking up new tools and processes quickly.
A: Can you give me an example of that?
B: Sure. Last year, our team switched to a completely new analytics platform with almost no training. I spent a weekend learning it on my own and ended up training the rest of the team the following week.
A: That’s impressive. Thank you for sharing that.

A: One question I like to ask is about a time you faced a difficult situation at work. Could you walk me through one?
B: Sure. A few years ago, I was leading a project that fell behind schedule because of a miscommunication with another department. It was stressful, but I realized the best approach was to get everyone in one room and clarify expectations.
A: How did that turn out?
B: We ended up finishing just a few days late, but more importantly, we set up a weekly check-in system that prevented the same issue from happening again.
A: What do you consider your biggest weakness?
B: Honestly, I used to struggle with delegating tasks. I wanted to handle everything myself, but I’ve learned to trust my teammates more and focus on where I add the most value.
A: That’s a very honest answer. Thanks for sharing.
